The CFT design team conducted a comprehensive audit of the support team, conducted a GAP analysis and executed post-audit follow-up projects in the scope of technical infrastructure, operational activities, key business processes and control procedures.
The project included:

• preparing comprehensive IT budget structure
• designing the organisational structure of IT human resources
• describing roles, processes and operational procedures in the IT area and between departments
